Hello
I’m Michelle Rolls – As proud wife, mom, dog mom, and university graduate, I’ve discovered that I feel my best when I’m surrounded by nature, especially in the mountains.
I named my coaching business "How ADHD Rolls" to reflect the journey of navigating life with neurodivergence, embracing the ups and downs along the way (and of course, I had to throw in a pun with my last name!).
As both a Coach for Neurodivergent individuals and an individual with ADHD, I bring my personal and professional experiences to the table, backed by my work in the mental health field and my Bachelor's Degree from the Cummings School of Medicine at the University of Calgary in Community Rehabilitation and disability studies. I have facilitated support groups with the Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada (CADDAC). I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years in both acute hospital and outpatient settings.
I understand the challenges you because I’ve been there, searching for help and feeling lost. Now, I’m here to share the resources that have made a difference for me.
